Community engagement is an important part of our approach as it allows us to understand stakeholders’ views and expectations. Consultation with residents and stakeholders is underway and will be ongoing as the development progresses. Complaint Procedure:
Complaints and enquiries regarding the works at Walla Walla Solar Farm can be made via the form below or directly to infoaustralia@frv.com or call 0461 376 557. An alternate number as 0452 479 447. Complaints and enquiries can also be made via our postal address at Level 10, 1 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
Complaints will be promptly reviewed to determine the appropriate response and whether issues relating to the complaint could be avoided or minimised.
All concerns will be resolved promptly using an understandable and transparent process that is culturally appropriate and readily accessible, and at no cost and without retribution to the party that originated the issue or concern.
All complaints will be recorded, actioned, and closed off in the Stakeholder Database and/or Complaints Register. At all times, the stakeholder will be kept informed of when they will receive a response.
